The GeForce RTX 50 series GPU is coming soon, and suppliers have begun delivering the final components required for manufacturing finished products.
It is reported that some key cooling components of Auras, a Taiwan, China based cooling company, such as cold plates and heat pipes, have been included in the list of recommended suppliers of NVIDIA, and have been used by some partners in the upcoming RTX 50 series (code named Blackwell) GPUs, which will challenge the best graphics cards in the market.
Auras, a heat dissipation company in Taiwan, China, China, is one of the manufacturers supplying heat dissipation components for independent graphics cards. The company claims that Nvidia's RTX 50 series GPU components may "occupy the entire market from December." Lin Yushen, chairman of Auras, made this statement at the financial report conference call last November, and said that the company expects the demand for its heat dissipation products in the PC, GPU and server markets to grow next year.
According to reports, the power consumption of these RTX 50 series graphics cards exceeds 450W. If this power consumption requirement is true, the operating temperature of RTX 50 series GPUs may be higher than the previous generation GPUs, requiring more powerful cooling solutions. However, in addition to the release date of Nvidia's next-generation GPU, the company has also made some optimistic predictions about the PC and server markets next year. Auras stated that due to the increased sales of water cooling systems designed specifically for AI servers, server related revenue is expected to grow by 130%. Meanwhile, with the launch of the RTX 50 series, it is expected that the demand for graphics card cooling will achieve double-digit growth, while the growth expectations in the PC field are relatively conservative.
Overall, Auras expects growth of more than 50% in 2025, so it is considering expanding its business in Mexico to supplement its existing manufacturing facilities in Chinese Mainland, Taiwan, China and Thailand.
